We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to support patient-facing administrative operations for a healthcare organization in Beaverton, Oregon. This contract position focuses on coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and helping patients navigate scheduling and check-in needs with professionalism and care. In this role, you will help keep patient coordination processes efficient, accurate, and responsive.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments by arranging, confirming, and adjusting schedules to support timely care access.

• Maintain and update medical records to ensure patient information remains accurate, complete, and properly documented.

• Assist patients with scheduling questions, appointment changes, and general coordination needs in a courteous manner.

• Support check-in activities by verifying essential information and helping patients move through intake procedures efficiently.

• Communicate with internal care and administrative teams to align appointment availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.

• Review records and scheduling details for accuracy while following established privacy and documentation standards.

• Provide day-to-day coordination support that improves the overall patient experience and administrative workflow.

• Experience supporting patient scheduling or appointment coordination in a healthcare-related environment.
• Ability to manage medical records with accuracy, confidentiality, and close attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist patients clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with patient check-in processes and routine front-end coordination tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
