Machine Operator

Looking for a reliable 1st Shift Machine Operator position with no weekends? Join our manufacturing team for a guaranteed 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with optional overtime to boost your paycheck and the potential to convert to a permanent role after 90 days! Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare, adjust, and operate production machinery according to established procedures, guidelines, and safety standards.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts against technical specifications, performing necessary tool changes and calibration adjustments to maintain strict quality standards.

• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor equipment repairs to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety rules, OSHA regulations, protocols, and company procedures during machine operation.

• Physical Requirements: Comfortably perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout the duration of a shift.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 30lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
