This is an opportunity for an experienced PAM professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of security, governance, analytics, and stakeholder management. Rather than focusing solely on platform administration, you'll take ownership of PAM reporting, control effectiveness, service improvement, and adoption, using data-driven insights to strengthen privileged access controls across a complex organisation.

You'll work closely with engineering, security, risk, and operational teams to identify issues, drive remediation, improve user adoption, and enhance the overall maturity of the PAM service.

The Role

\n

As a Senior PAM Analyst, you'll be responsible for analysing PAM performance and control effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives that improve security outcomes and user engagement.

\n

\n

You will act as a key representative for the PAM function, confidently leading discussions with stakeholders and ensuring initiatives are progressed without requiring day-to-day management oversight.

\n

\n

What You'll Be Doing

\n

• Owning PAM metrics, reporting, dashboards, and management information across the organisation.
\n
• Analysing PAM adoption, control effectiveness, compliance trends, and operational performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
\n
• Producing actionable insights from data and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n
• Acting as a senior representative for the PAM function, leading meetings and driving discussions with stakeholders across the business.
\n
• Identifying instances where PAM controls are being bypassed, underutilised, or inconsistently followed, and driving remediation initiatives.
\n
• Partnering with Engineering, Security, Service Management, and Operational teams to resolve control gaps and improve processes.
\n
• Driving increased adoption of PAM solutions, ensuring users are following established controls and best practices.
\n
• Developing recommendations to strengthen governance, improve user experience, and enhance security outcomes.
\n
• Working closely with Service Management teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term improvements.
\n
• Creating and enhancing knowledge articles, user guidance, and training materials to improve self-service capabilities and user understanding.
\n
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PAM processes, reporting, controls, and overall service maturity.
\n
• Delivering clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring visibility of risks, trends, and remediation progress.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Strong experience working within Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments.
\n
• Hands-on experience with PAM solutions such as Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust , or similar technologies.
\n
• Proven experience owning reporting, metrics, dashboards, and management information within a security, IAM, or PAM function.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business and security improvements.
\n
• Experience identifying control weaknesses and driving remediation activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to represent the PAM function independently.
\n
• Experience working with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Risk, and Service Management teams.
\n
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence.
