Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead Kaizen events and other lean manufacturing workshops.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Coach and mentor employees on lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
