We are looking for detail-oriented, customer service-driven candidates who, upon completion of our training program, will join our Personal Injury Case Management Team.

They will possess the ability to:

• Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases, at the direction of their supervising attorney, through the use of a variety of case management programs and procedures.

• Learn, understand, and execute the firm’s personal injury case management process and procedures according to written and/or verbal instructions.

• Establish and maintain client relationships through verbal or written correspondence as well as face-to-face interactions.

• Accurately update and maintain client case information.

• Work with supervising attorney and other staff members to ensure the rights of the client, as well as the professional integrity of the firm, are preserved and maintained.

• Build a rapport with clients and serve as a client liaison for supervising attorneys and other staff.

This position is a full-time, in-office position. Hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with 1-hour lunch breaks, at our Duluth, GA location.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research to support personal injury cases
• Manage an active caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
• Assist attorneys in case preparation

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Intermediate clerical and administrative skills
• Excellent time management skills, be organized, and able to effectively prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• A commitment to excellent client service
• Proficient computer skills are required
