This role plays a key part in maintaining U.S. and Canadian subsidiary records and supporting public company compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Manage domestic entity maintenance and regulatory filings Support board and subsidiary governance, including resolutions and minute books Assist with SEC and exchange reporting and compliance Support securities administration and stock plan matters Assist with diligence and transaction closingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams Provide general legal and administrative support to the corporate legal function Qualifications Paralegal certification or associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) 2+ years of corporate legal experience (5+ preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
