Sales Specialist

Outside Sales Representative – Foodservice & Wholesale Meat Town Distributors is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. We specialize in the wholesale distribution of premium meats, proteins, seafood, and food products to restaurants, supermarkets, hospitality businesses, independent retailers, and export customers throughout South Florida. This is a results-driven sales position for someone who knows how to prospect, build relationships, develop accounts, and close business. What You’ll Do Develop new wholesale and foodservice accounts throughout South Florida Prospect and generate new business with restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, hospitality groups, retailers, and other foodservice customers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Present Meat Town’s products, pricing, promotions, and services to prospective clients Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products Prepare quotes and follow up consistently to close sales Grow sales volume and profitability within your assigned territory Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity Work closely with management, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service Represent Meat Town professionally in the marketplace Who We’re Looking For 5+ years of proven sales experience preferred Previous experience in food distribution, meat/protein sales, foodservice, restaurant supply, grocery, hospitality, or wholesale distribution is strongly preferred Established relationships within the South Florida foodservice or retail industry are a major plus Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and closing skills Self-motivated and comfortable developing business independently Ability to build long-term customer relationships rather than focus only on transactional sales Professional, organized, dependable, and goal-oriented Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred What We Offer Opportunity to join a growing South Florida food distribution company Strong product portfolio of meats, proteins, seafood, and specialty food products Established operational and distribution support Competitive compensation structure Opportunity to build and grow your own book of business Long-term growth opportunities for top performers About Meat Town Distributors Meat Town Distributors serves restaurants, supermarkets, retailers, hospitality businesses, and other commercial customers with quality meats, proteins, seafood, and specialty food products.
