Dental Treatment Coordinator (Growth Opportunity!)

We're looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who is eager to grow with our practice. If you have some experience in dentistry-but aren't set in your ways-we'd love to meet you.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Front Desk Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or in another dental office role and has gained some hands-on Treatment Coordinator experience, even if it was in an all-hands-on-deck environment. We believe in developing talent and are committed to training the right person.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00, no weekends
What We're Looking For

• Some dental office experience required.
• Previous Treatment Coordinator experience preferred (even if limited).
• Strong communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional personality.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to build trust with patients.
• Strong math skills are a must. You'll need to accurately calculate treatment plans, insurance estimates, out-of-network benefits, and patient financial responsibilities quickly using a calculator.
• Coachable, motivated, and excited to learn.

For example, one of our previous Treatment Coordinators started at $23 per hour and, through consistent performance and growth, received raises every 30 days, reaching $31 per hour within six months .
