As a Software Development Engineer, you will be part of the Customer Security & Trust Operations supporting engineering solutions that enhance security and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Software Development Engineer Location: Redmond, WA - Remote Pay Rate Range: $67.19 - $73.92 On Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/Benefits) Top Hard Skills Minimum 5 years' experience with Dynamics 365 Custom Development. Minimum 5 years' experience with Power Pages Development. Minimum 10 years' experience with coding using C# or Python. Responsibilities Design and develop model-driven applications on Dynamics 365/Dataverse with a focus on user-friendly interfaces and streamlined workflows. Create server-side extensions, custom APIs, and PCF controls to enhance user experience and functionality. Automate business processes and communications using Power Automate, integrating with Dynamics events for operational efficiency. Integrate content management systems like SharePoint with Dynamics 365, ensuring secure and compliant data handling. Manage ALM processes, Azure DevOps pipelines, and environment promotion to ensure high-quality, secure deployments. Qualifications At least 4+ years of experience building solutions on Dynamics 365/Dataverse and Power Platform. Proficiency in C#/.NET and TypeScript/React for plugin and PCF development. Strong UX sensibility with demonstrated improvements in enterprise applications. Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
