Assistant Restaurant General Manager

Rib Crib BBQ

Rib Crib BBQ is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to help lead our fast-paced, family-friendly BBQ restaurant. In this role, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and coach team members, and ensure each guest experiences authentic Southern hospitality. You’ll support scheduling, inventory, and cash controls while upholding food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. This is a hands-on, floor-focused leadership role with clear growth opportunities into full restaurant management as you develop your skills in operations, people leadership, and guest service.
