Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Bench Recruit- New Jersey Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary Lifting may be required, depending on client needs Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support Pay & Signing Bonus Starting Pay: $23/hour for non-acuity; $33/hour for acuity $1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week Abound Health is an equal opportunity employer.
