The ideal DSP/ Direct Support Professional is someone who is able to have a fun time while supporting someone. Going on day trips to the boardwalk or exploring the community. This is a fun position for the right Direct Support Professional. Payrate $22.50 to start and increased to 23.50 after 3 months of good support. Schedule of Services: Flexible hours Benefits: (Full time Benefits after 25 hours) -A 401K isa benefit that is available to employees who have successfully completed their 90-day introductory period to Royal. Employees who have are eligible to enroll the following month.
