Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients to facilitate open communication and therapeutic progress. Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or other appropriate methodologies. Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective therapy outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when additional support is required. Document sessions meticulously and maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work primarily with individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications An active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential. A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy is highly valued. Knowledge of community resources available for referrals and support. Specialization in specific therapeutic methodologies (e.g., play therapy, trauma-informed care) is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
