Assistant Vice President- Project Manager

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Life and Annuity Manager to lead and manage complex initiatives across the life insurance and annuity landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in life and annuity products and a strong understanding of the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) ecosystem, including:

• Policy Admin system
• New Business
• Underwriting rules
• Post issue Workflow
• Portals
• Document management systems
• Policy conversions
• Operations

This role demands a seasoned professional with proven project management expertise, capable of driving end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. You will be expected to manage:

• Scope
• Timelines
• Risks
• Communications

while aligning with client expectations and strategic business goals. Experience in working within TPA operating models, managing system integrations, platform upgrades, and implementing digital and AI-based initiatives will be a significant advantage. Strong communication skills are essential.
