Legal Assistant

Job Details: Job Location: Cody, WY 82414, Position Type: Full Time, Job Category: Legal Admin, The Legal Administrative Assistant position plays a key role in supporting the firm’s legal team and has the ability to adapt and transition seamlessly into changes in the environment. The duties and responsibilities include: Answering phones, and meeting and greeting attorneys, clients and other office visitors Electronic and paper file management Processing incoming and outgoing mail, facsimiles, and deliveries Other general administrative tasks in support of Burg Simpson attorneys and other legal support staff Qualifications: 2-3 years of prior clerical experience in a professional work environment A motivated and energetic individual with a friendly and positive attitude, and a high level of professionalism Prior customer service experience performed in a law firm or medical office is helpful Prior experience working in databases, case management or document management systems is helpfu Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft 365 product The ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet time-sensitive tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
