Black Spectacles is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own and operate the hiring system, personally sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates while managing the entire recruiting process. You will build pipelines for leadership and hard-to-fill roles, develop role scorecards, and guide evidence-based decisions with ownership up to CEO when needed.
