Senior Payroll Manager

As of July 20th, an outstanding law firm seeks a Payroll Manager to oversee the administration of payroll processes. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for: Auditing financial data, generating payroll reports, and updating and maintaining confidential employee files. Processing and overseeing the timeliness of payroll cycles. Responding to inquiries regarding payroll processes as well as providing exceptional customer service to employees in filing claims. Managing relationships with vendors. Collaborating with the finance team. Requirements: 10+ years of direct payroll administration experience in a professional environment. Acute attention to detail, strong communication and presentation skills, and an exceptional customer service approach. Adaptable to changes in workload and a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Advanced Excel and reporting skills, as well as proficiency with ADP.
