Location: High Point, NC
Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:45 PM), Friday (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM) – Enjoy a half-day every Friday!

We are seeking an organized, dependable professional to manage our front office operations.
Job Summary
As the Office Manager, you will serve as the central hub of our daily operations. You will manage customer communication, process orders, handle basic onboarding data entry, and keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Answer all incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and promptly route them to the correct team members.
- Email Management: Monitor, draft, and reply to all daily company email correspondence efficiently.
- Customer & Order Intake: Acknowledge all incoming customer orders immediately upon receipt to confirm processing.
- Data Entry: Enter and process new hire information into our system for onboarding.
- Data Tracking: Maintain, update, and manage essential business data using Microsoft Excel.
- Ordering: All office supplies and furniture hard wear for shop and some maintenance supplies as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience working in an office environment is required.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency and proven experience with Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Systems: Comfort or experience using an IBM System i (AS/400) is highly preferred.
