What You ll Do

• Manage outpatient hematology and oncology cases, including patients with solid tumors and blood cancers
• Collaborate closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support staff
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide education
• Document care and interventions using Epic EMR
• Assist with coordinating patient care and follow-up
• Support patients of all ages across outpatient services, with inpatient collaboration as needed

What You Need
Required:

• Current Minnesota RN license (MN is not an NLC member)
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Board certification in specialty (hem/onc or related)
• Experience with oncology or hematology patients preferred

Preferred:

• Prior outpatient oncology experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
