Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $124.12/hour

What You ll Do:

• Manage outpatient patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors
• Collaborate with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Administer and monitor therapies using the Epic EMR system
• Support patient education and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide outpatient-focused specialized hematology/oncology services
• Ensure documentation and compliance with clinical standards and regulations

What You Need:

• Minnesota licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
• Prior experience in hematology and/or oncology preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
