About the Role

Hi, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in the Arvada area for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication, learning, and student success. These opportunities are ideal for both experienced school-based SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and complete comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and social communication needs
• Partner with teachers and families to support skill carryover across environments
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
