Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible Colorado state licensure
• Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work across both elementary and secondary grade levels

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based therapy for students with diverse needs
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students across K-12, adapting support to match each student’s developmental stage
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to share strategies and monitor student progress
• Serve no more than two school sites, each less than two miles apart, to keep transitions quick and manageable
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to the wider support team
• Maintain timely and orderly records in compliance with district and state requirements
