Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid state licensure or certification as a School Counselor or Social Worker, as required.
• Experience in a school or district setting is preferred.
• Solid understanding of student development, crisis intervention, and counseling methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Compassion, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students across various grade levels.
• Address social, emotional, and behavioral needs by implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student well-being.
• Support students through crisis situations and provide referrals for outside resources as needed.
• Assist in the development and delivery of programs that promote positive school culture and student engagement.
