Residential Assistants are expected to have a unique sensitivity to recognize and appropriately respond to clients who may have exhibited difficulties. Responsibilities Document client observations and behaviors. Provide role modeling to adolescent population. Teach and interact with clients. Provide recreation and promote socialization skills. Observe and document success, identify current or suggest new therapeutic goals requiring attention by the treatment team. Carry out expected interventions. Keep accurate and timely records. Requirements Valid driver's license. High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree with one year experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting. High school diploma requires one year or more experience working with youth. Schedule: Weekdays or Weekends, part-time or on-call shifts. Qualifications Education: High school or better. Experience: 1 year or more working with youth in a group or behavioral setting. Licenses & Certifications: Driver's license.
