Assist the sales representatives and customers with technical expertise and complete mechanical understanding of industrial rotating equipment, and related components Troubleshoot and repair customer equipment breakdowns or system failures and provide recommendations for assembly, disassembly, and repair techniques, as well as improved maintenance practices to equipment operating reliability. Installation of NOV FMS products as needed by the business Conduct training for customers, reps, and Authorized Service Center personnel in proper assembly, disassembly, and repair procedures related to NOV products. Timely and accurate completion of Field Service Reports. Travel to customers' facilities for service calls and courtesy customer support calls sometimes on short notice. Identify opportunities for improving processes using Lean tools.
