Loan Support Analyst Senior - Complex Loans - Midland

Job Overview The Complex Loan team handles servicing commercial real‑estate loans that involve complex lockbox collection mechanisms and cash distribution programs. The role requires managing loan documentation, processing monthly transactions, and ensuring compliance with lender agreements, internal policies, and applicable regulations. Responsibilities Apply specialty product knowledge to daily servicing of a portfolio of commercial real‑estate loans, including CMBS, balance‑sheet and agency loans. Ensure compliance with loan documents, accurately process transactions, and provide timely reporting to stakeholders. Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities. Resolve non‑compliance issues via written and verbal communication with internal and external parties. Review and process loan payments, escrows, reserve account disbursements, and any applicable tax or insurance administration. Prepare periodic reporting, including investor, internal, and regulatory reports. Perform covenant compliance testing and support onboarding of new loans as well as transition of paid‑off or transferred loans. Execute collection activities on delinquent accounts and provide specialty product training as a subject‑matter resource. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date loan servicing records in the servicing system. Qualifications Experience servicing complex commercial real‑estate loans. Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making skills. Knowledge of loan servicing, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Excellent communication and customer‑interaction abilities. Proficiency in financial analysis and managing multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience). No required certifications or licenses, but professional development is valued. Preferred Skills & Competencies Capital management and due diligence.
