Medical Assistant - Naperville - Pediatrics Position Highlights: Full Time: 40 Hours/Week Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm; two Saturdays/month Location: Naperville; occasional travel to other locations as needed Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, including healthcare navigation assistance Access to a mental health benefit at no cost Employer-provided life and disability insurance $5,250 tuition reimbursement per year Immediate 401(k) match 40 hours paid volunteer time off A culture committed to community engagement and social impact Up to 12 weeks parental leave at 100% pay and a financial benefit for adoption and surrogacy for non‑physician team members once eligibility requirements are met Responsibilities: Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs, and collecting health history Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes, and other first‑aid procedures Certified medical assistants may assist with immunizations or injections Assist patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, update charting and filing Conduct onsite lab testing, including EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, and urine pregnancy tests Maintain clean, warm, and inviting examination rooms for patient visits Provide excellent customer service exemplifying Duly Health and Care CARE values Some travel to assist other local clinics may be required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Completion of a medical assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience required For internal medicine, pediatrics, and family practice, active medical assistant certification required through one of the following: American Medical Technologists (AMT) National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) National Healthcareer Association (NHA) American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) CPR certification required or willingness to become certified upon hire May require phlebotomy certification to be completed within 90 days of hire Prior experience working as an MA, CMA, CNA, EMT, or two years of prior experience working in a medical office assisting with patient care The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $21.43–23.63 for a Medical Assistant; a certified or registered medical assistant receives a base pay range of $22.97–24.57. Pay is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
