Manufacturing Machine Operator

The Manual Machine Operator operates conventional machines and equipment to manufacture precision parts and components. The role requires reading blueprints, measuring finished products, maintaining equipment, and following safety procedures to ensure efficient production. **This is a DIRECT HIRE/Permanent job opportunity**  

salary: $49,920 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual machines such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinders, and saws.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain production records and documentation as required.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
