Cabin Supervisor for River Ships with USA clientele About the company Grand Circle Corporation is the largest U.S. provider of international vacations for Americans aged 50 and older. About the job Responsible for delivering an exceptional housekeeping service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment. Responsibilities: • leading, coordinating, supporting, motivating, training, and evaluating housekeeping staff • responsible for daily cleaning and servicing of guest cabins • monitoring and ensuring housekeeping service is up to the highest standards • ensuring hygiene and maintenance of all cabins, laundry, and public areas are being upheld • relieving Head Cabin Attendant during his/her absence • any other duties advised by Head Cabin Attendant/Hotel Manager Skills/Qualifications: • hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred • minimum 2 years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably on passenger ship or in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel • cruise ship experience is a plus • good communication skills • willingness to learn and progress • fluency in English • eligibility to work in EUWhat we offer: • Compensation o Competitive Gross monthly salary: 2.690 – 3.410 EUR • Benefits o Paid vacation o Private medical insurance coverage o Malta social security contributions in accordance with applicable regulations o Travel allowance o Bonuses based on seniority, performance and internal pay structure o Tips customarily provided by U.S. travelers o Complimentary onboard meals and accommodation o Unlimited onboard internet access o Free shore excursions and opportunities to explore destinations o Special discounts in the onboard shop o Access to gym and wellness facilities o 50% discount on onboard massages o Laundry service for uniforms and personal clothing Place of work: European Union
