Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney to join our growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice. We handle complex injury and negligence cases and are looking for an attorney who enjoys actively litigating cases, developing strategy, and taking ownership of files. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants meaningful litigation experience, autonomy over their cases, and the ability to grow within a collaborative firm environment. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury and civil litigation matters from pre-suit through litigation and resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy Work with experts, medical providers, and investigators to develop liability and damages Collaborate with partners and staff to move cases forward efficiently What We’re Looking For Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing 3–7+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury experience preferred) Experience taking depositions and handling hearings Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload as well as handle all aspects of pre-suit processes from intake to demand drafting/editing, and negotiations. We need someone with excellent communication skills.
