Dunkin' is looking for an experienced, results-driven Restaurant Manager to own the full operation of one of our locations - from guest experience and team development to financial performance and brand standards. You'll be accountable for three core pillars of success:

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, hire, and develop top talent who share our commitment to excellence

Set clear expectations and deliver consistent coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement

Empower your team to solve problems independently and take ownership of their work

Operational Excellence

Drive a guest-first culture across every shift, every interaction

Ensure all shifts are properly staffed and all Brand standards are consistently executed

Maintain a safe, compliant environment in accordance with food safety, sanitation, and all applicable laws

Complete operational audits and implement improvement plans that drive measurable results

Lead flawless execution of new product roll-outs, including team training and in-store marketing

Business & Financial Performance

Control costs, manage labor, and make P&L-informed decisions to maximize profitability

Set ambitious sales targets and hold the team accountable to hitting them

Execute all promotional and marketing initiatives on time and on brand

Read and interpret key performance reports to identify trends and drive corrective action

Minimum Requirements

Restaurant, retail, or multi-unit supervisory experience

Demonstrated math and financial management ability

Strong written and verbal communication in English

High School diploma or equivalent (required)

Must be at least 18 years of age

A proven track record leading high-volume, fast-paced restaurant teams

Experience managing P&L, labor costs, and food costs

A history of developing people into future leaders

Strong guest recovery instincts and conflict resolution skills
