Electrical Engineer Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 80,000.00 to $ 100,000.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• Salaried (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 06:00pm)

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of industrial control and automation systems for packaged equipment and high-pressure industrial gas compressor systems. This role will be responsible for designing electrical control systems, developing PLC and HMI programs, creating electrical schematics and panel layouts, and supporting system integration and commissioning.

Electrical Engineer Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related field.

5+ years of industrial controls and automation engineering experience.

Experience with UL508A control panels and electrical system integration. Hands-on PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial automation experience.

Experience with low/medium voltage systems, instrumentation, and controls.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens TIA Portal, or Allen-Bradley PLCs. Experience with industrial compressors, rotating equipment, or high-pressure systems.

Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical. Key Skills Strong electrical and automation troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, UL, and IEC standards.

Understanding of industrial communication networks and automation architecture.

Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
