Dental Hygienist – Hutchinson, MN

Parkview Dental is a female-owned, family-oriented private practice seeking a friendly, professional, and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our wonderful team! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care while supporting a healthy work-life balance for our staff. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Schedule, Part-time (2–4 days per week) Office Hours:

Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Starting at $40+ per hour (based on experience)

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene appointments
Provide scaling and root planing (SRP)
Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall oral health
Assist with treatment planning and case presentation
Take digital radiographs as needed
Maintain accurate clinical records using Eaglesoft
Deliver exceptional patient care in a compassionate, individualized manner
Collaborate with the doctors and team to provide an outstanding patient experience

Requirements

Current Minnesota Dental Hygienist license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, positive, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to educate patients and present treatment recommendations
Experience with SRP and periodontal therapy preferred
Eaglesoft experience is a plus
