E-Commerce Customer Service Representative We at Apres Nail are looking for a self‑starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for teamwork. The Customer Service Representative must thrive in a fast paced, active environment and be comfortable interacting with a large volume of inbound phone and email. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, be able to transmit information clearly and accurately, and actively seek feedback. Most importantly, must be a team player. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner Handle a constant flow of emails and calls for customer service Take direction very well and work independently to finish tasks in a timely manner Maintain notes and information on orders based on customer issues using a spreadsheet (CRM) Provide detailed information about our products and services Resolve product issues and questions with a friendly and efficient attitude Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our new and current products and services Build and maintain our social media presence via existing accounts on platforms such as YouTube and Instagram Complete special projects and tasks as needed by the company Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Perform general miscellaneous clerical work and office upkeep Qualifications At least 1 to 2 years of experience with e‑commerce or online customer service Track record of consistently over‑achieving accomplishments Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to multi‑task efficiently and follow up on your work Ability to build rapport with clients and customers Positive mindset and professional attitude Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service (minimum 1 year) Experience in email communication Experience in problem solving Experience in health insurance (preferred) Job Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Apres Nail
