About the Role:

Due to continued growth, an established commercial law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Restructuring, Disputes & Insolvency Lawyer to join its Corporate Group.

This is an opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters while advising a diverse client base, including lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders and creditors. You will collaborate with five partners and a multidisciplinary team of experienced corporate, commercial, banking, finance and litigation lawyers with specialist restructuring and insolvency expertise.

You will gain exposure to challenging legal matters, contribute to integrated client solutions and further develop your expertise in a collaborative, high-performing environment that supports professional growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate restructurings, voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships and contentious insolvency disputes.
• Support complex and high-profile matters for lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders and creditors.
• Draft and review pleadings, court filings, legal advice, financial restructuring plans and Deeds of Company Arrangement.
• Collaborate with partners and senior practitioners across corporate, commercial, banking, finance and litigation teams.
• Develop practical legal strategies and deliver commercially focused solutions to clients.
• Contribute to the effective management and resolution of restructuring and insolvency matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience as a lawyer.
• Demonstrated experience in restructuring and corporate insolvency.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Commitment to continuous learning, professional development and high-quality legal work.
• Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to take on challenging matters.
