Financial firm headquartered in southeast Cleveland suburb seeks full-time, detail-oriented and well-organized Operations Specialist responsible for providing operational business support to our ‘family' of financial advisors. Experience in an Investment Advisory firm or the financial industry is preferred. A ‘Client First' approach to working with our advisors is integral as we constantly seek to positively enhance and evolve advisor experience that anticipates advisor needs.

Responsibilities:

• Advisor relationship management - handle requests, answer questions, resolve issues, research.
• Assist in educating advisors on firm practices and ever evolving financial industry regulations.
• Assist in educating advisors on firm services and technology capabilities.
• Participate in review of work methods and procedures for continual improvements and efficiencies, assist in implementation.
• Provide support for the firm's regulatory compliance efforts.
• Provide support with onboarding of new advisors.
• Assist with management of operations KPI's through continues business activity tracking.
• Work closely with senior operations specialists, advisor experience associates and compliance personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Experience with a Registered Investment Advisory firm is a plus.
• Experience in an Operations Role is a plus.
• Strong systems experience (Black Diamond, Advisor Engine, Monday.com desired)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (strong in Microsoft Excel).
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Strong desire to provide a ‘Client First' experience for advisors.
• Analytical and independent thinker.
• Must satisfy background check requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
