Accel Marketing Solutions is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping law firms build their brands and grow their businesses. Our services include social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, website development, content marketing, video production, and AI-focused digital marketing strategies.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who combines strong social media experience, creative ability, graphic design skills, and hands-on experience using AI tools.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing social media content for multiple law firm clients.

This is a hands-on role . You will manage social media calendars, write and update organic and paid social copy, create and modify graphics and images, gather client assets, and ensure content moves efficiently from concept through approval and publication.

The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple accounts, and experienced using AI tools as part of their everyday social media workflow .

• Create, coordinate, and maintain social media content calendars for multiple clients.
• Write, edit, and update organic social media copy.
• Create and update paid social advertising copy and creative .
• Design and modify social media graphics, images, templates, and other visual assets.
• Gather photos, videos, attorney information, firm news, testimonials, case results, community involvement, and other assets needed to create content.
• Proactively coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain missing information and creative assets.
• Manage the content workflow from concept → copy → creative → approval → scheduling/publishing .
• Repurpose blogs, videos, website content, attorney interviews, and other materials into engaging social content.
• Maintain each client's individual brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
• Ensure social calendars remain current and content is completed on schedule.
• Review copy and creative for accuracy, grammar, formatting, branding, and overall quality.
• Coordinate with Accel's account management, content, SEO, video, paid media, and web teams.
• Monitor social media trends and identify appropriate opportunities for law firm clients.
• Use AI tools to improve content quality, creative development, and production efficiency.

• Professional experience managing social media for businesses or organizations.
• Hands-on professional experience using AI tools for social media and content creation is required.
• Graphic design experience is required.
• Experience creating and managing social media content calendars.
• Experience writing and editing social media copy.
• Experience creating social media graphics and other digital creative.
• Experience developing or updating paid social advertising copy and creative.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger digital marketing team.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Legal marketing experience preferred.

This position requires someone who already incorporates AI into their professional workflow , rather than someone who would be learning AI for the first time.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Adobe AI tools, or comparable AI platforms .

You should be comfortable using AI to:

• Generate and refine content ideas.
• Write and improve social media copy.
• Develop multiple versions of advertising copy.
• Brainstorm creative concepts.
• Assist with image and graphic creation.
• Repurpose existing content for different social platforms.
• Adapt content to different client voices and audiences.
• Improve the speed and efficiency of content production.
• Review and improve AI-generated material rather than publishing raw AI output.

We are looking for someone who is both creative and highly organized .

You should be able to look at a client's upcoming social calendar, determine what content and assets are needed, gather those materials, create compelling copy and graphics, and keep the entire production process moving.

The right person has a strong visual eye, understands what makes social content engaging, can write effectively for different audiences, and knows how to use AI to work more efficiently without sacrificing originality, accuracy, or brand voice .

Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership of their work and can consistently deliver high-quality content across multiple client accounts.
