Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to join our Morrison Healthcare team and lead food service operations within a healthcare setting in Orlando, FL. Relocation Assistance Available The Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day Foodservice operations. The role includes managing and leading a team of employees, managing client relationships, ensuring profitability of the account, and fostering talent development. Key Responsibilities Operate the department in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with maximum value for dollars spent. Ensure that the food offered is of superior quality. Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs. Maintain excellent relationships with guests and clients as well as other departments within the community. Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team. Foster strong inter‑departmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of additional experience. Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise. Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control. Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation. Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience is desirable. ServSafe® certified is a plus. Must be forward‑thinking, proactive, and the face of the company.
