Job Overview Provide services and support as a Communications Officer in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) and Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). The role is generally located in CONUS – Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region. Responsibilities Develop and implement communications campaigns. Maintain relationships with media outlets. Oversee publication of newsletters, bulletins, and reports. Ensure brand consistency across channels. Manage crisis communication as needed. Oversee visual and graphic content development. Coordinate message approval processes. Location The role is located in the Mid Atlantic Region, at or near CONUS – Charlotte, NC. Desired Qualifications Professional experience in communications or public affairs. 3–5 years of experience in communications. Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
