Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Professional to join their team. As a Human Resources (HR) Professional, you will be part of the Employee Support Services supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay Range: $28/hr - $30/hr

What's the Job?

• Handle telephonic and electronic inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies, providing prompt and empathetic support.
• Navigate multiple HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and ADP to identify resources and ensure thorough case documentation.
• Assist employees and people leaders with HR-related questions, routing inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Contribute to delivering a delightful employee experience by providing accurate and respectful communication.
• Support HR administrative functions, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.

What's Needed?

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of human resources or contact center/HR Shared Services experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology tools including Workday, ADP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
