Status: Full time, exempt

Location: Remote, Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, Western Canada)

Salary Range: $135,000- $150,000 USD/yr based on interview outcome and overall qualification (Additional Compensation: bonus based on gross margin (6-8%)

About Cesco Solutions: Cesco Solutions is an industrial water treatment provider specializing in high-organics wastewater from food processing and related industries. As part of Tidal Vision, Cesco leverages chitosan-based chemistry as a sustainable alternative to traditional metal-based coagulants to improve clarification, reduce sludge, and enhance treatment efficiency. Position Summary:

The Regional Manager of the Pacific Northwest should reside in either Washington State, Oregon, or Western Canada and expect frequent travel within these regions. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales and service territory within the Pacific Northwest. This role focuses on selling and supporting industrial chemical programs across heavy and light segments, with an emphasis on wastewater treatment (WWT). The position is expected to deliver sustained growth significantly above industry CAGR, enabling future expansion of the regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a sales and service territory covering the Pacific Northwest (may be required to work outside the region listed as needed).
• Serve as a trusted technical and commercial resource for customers, ensuring high service quality and long-term partnerships.
• Sell, implement, and support industrial chemical programs for customers in various industries (food and beverage, municipalities, general manufacturing, mining, oil services, etc.)
• Identify, develop, and execute complex water treatment opportunities in line with business strategy.
• Collaborate with other Tidal Vision business units on territory crossover opportunities, evaluated and managed on a case-by-case basis.
• Supporting the hiring of additional sales and service representatives under the CCO.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years in the wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on customer accounts and sales.
• Must have technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food and beverage, mining, oil and gas, or related.
• Must sit in Western Washington with the ability to freely travel to Western Canada or reside in Western Canada with the ability to travel freely to the United States.
• Travel required: 50%.

Licensing & Special Requirements:

Subject to a criminal background check.

Working Conditions:

Primarily office-based with frequent travel to facilities and customer sites. Sitting or standing for extended periods may be required.
