Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN, LPN/LVN, or Certified School Nurse (CSN) license in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience within a school, pediatric, or similar setting preferred
• Ability to manage health plans, administer medications, and respond to emergencies
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and guardians
• Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address students’ health needs, ranging from chronic condition management to acute illness and injury care
• Collaborate with educators and families to ensure comprehensive support for students with medical needs
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with state and school policies
• Promote a healthy school environment through education, advocacy, and preventive health strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insight on students requiring special accommodations
