Wound Care Nurse RN

Wound Care Nurse RNBreezy Hills is seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse RN to provide exceptional wound management and support positive resident outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Assess and monitor existing and newly developed wounds.Develop and implement wound treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.Lead weekly wound rounds and track wound progress.Communicate with physicians regarding changes or lack of improvement.Ensure proper wound care and dressing-change techniques.Provide wound care education and staff in-service training.Complete Quality Assurance reports and maintain accurate documentation.Support compliance with wound care standards and best practices.Requirements:Active Florida RN license.Wound Care Certification.Infection Control Certification.Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; skilled nursing experience preferred.Benefits:401(k) retirement planGenerous PTOMedical & dental coverageSupportive, team-oriented environmentEmployee recognition and company perksMake a Difference Every Day!
