Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental milestones and individual support needs.

• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), adapting strategies based on each family's unique circumstances.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a collaborative team, ensuring that all interventions align with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Provide meaningful support to families, equipping them with strategies and knowledge to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Administer necessary assessments and maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services.
\n
• Foster rapport and effective communication with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and productive environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the coaching model to guide families in a natural learning environment.
\n
• Make recommendations regarding service frequency based on child development evaluations and family priorities, ensuring alignment with developmental goals.

• Adhere to health and safety standards to protect both clients and staff within the remote delivery setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers, specifically those exhibiting developmental disabilities or delays. You will assist these children in developing essential skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, particularly during that critical first three years of life. Your expertise as an LCSW will empower families and provide them with the support they need to foster their child's potential safely.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, licensed by the Department of Public Health.

• Active LCSW licensure is essential.
