TurboTax Remote Support Representative (Paid Training)

Work from home with TurboTax Product Expert Compensation and Benefits Get paid $24 per hour¹ Earn a $405 Bonus for completing the TurboTax Product Expert Certification³ Earn an additional $5/hr from April 9–15 for all hours worked Certification takes place over 3 days Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday⁴ Minimum 25 hours per week required (you can work more if desired)¹ Responsibilities Answer TurboTax customers’ questions regarding the product and tax return software, such as downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing. Assist with basic tax questions. Collaborate with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) during live calls for support and advocacy. Qualifications No specific accounting background required. Strong communication skills are essential for clear and empathetic customer interactions.
