CDI RESPONSABLE SERVICE CLIENT H/F

Your function:

Within the Supply Chain department, you will pilot the performance of the "Order to Bill" process from the integration of customer needs to invoicing and the follow-up of unpaid invoices.

In this role, you will oversee all customer service activities, ensuring the quality of order processing, the fluidity of information flows between customers and production, and the reliability of data in the system. The position is set in a demanding aerospace industrial environment, characterized by strong growth and a high level of requirement in customer service. You will work in an international context with regular interactions between two production sites located in France and Morocco.

Your main missions:

  • Set the objectives of the service, lead, organize, and develop the team's skills, within the framework of respecting the company's values.
  • Ensure the safety of its teams and the respect of the company's Health, Safety, and Environment policy.
  • Ensure the integration of firm orders through customer portals or through manual entry in the ERP, as well as the integration of forecasts on all programs in possession.
  • Ensure upward and downward communication with customers, reflecting internally all customer-requested demands and escalating to customers all information coming from operations.
  • Ensure the regular realization of site invoicing throughout the month and follow-up with customers on unpaid invoices.
  • Respect internal and regulatory standards, particularly in matters of social legislation, hygiene, environment, and occupational safety.

Your profile:

With a minimum of a bachelor's degree (Bac +3/4), you have at least 3 years of experience in the function, and possess solid knowledge of the industrial environment, as well as the associated processes.

You have significant experience in team management and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. You are rigorous and have a strong customer orientation.

Mastery of the SAP ERP is highly desirable for this position, particularly for the management of order flows, invoicing follow-up, and customer data management.

You also have experience in managing or participating in ERP projects and are comfortable in contexts of evolution or improvement of information systems (deployment, optimization of processes, user support).

You speak English and have the ability to exchange in writing and orally.
