Payroll Manager

Our client, located in New York, NY, is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. This individual will oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Payroll, exceptional attention to detail, and experience managing payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilitie s Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state workforce Administer payroll through Workday, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll transactions Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare reports, and support audits Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and system efficiencies Qualificatio n 5+ years of payroll experience, including payroll management. Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll is required. Strong understanding of payroll tax, wage and hour laws, and compliance requirements. CPP certification is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
