The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow the FFIT40 brand and our Founders presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll build the strategy, create and publish the content, engage the community, and turn attention into leads. You’ll work closely with the founder on launches, promotions, and storytelling, and coordinate with design and content resources to keep our voice and visuals consistent and compelling. We are soon launching other brands and you will own this as well!

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute content strategies that drive reach, follower growth, engagement, and lead generation
• Create, schedule, and publish content across all key platforms
• Manage daily community engagement, including comments, DMs, and conversations
• Monitor trends and turn them into timely, on-brand content
• Track and analyze performance metrics, report on results, and adjust strategy based on what the data shows
• Support product launches, promotions, and program enrollments with social campaigns
• Source and negotiate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with brands and creators
• Plan and run contests and giveaways that grow the audience and community
• Work with design and content resources to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

What You Must Have

• A proven track record of quantifiable social media growth. Knowledge isn’t enough; we want to see results you’ve driven, with numbers.
• Advanced expertise in social media marketing and optimization across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Experience building content strategies for audience growth, lead generation, and community engagement
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, brand-aligned copy
• Comfort with analytics, including turning data into insights and insights into action
• Experience with outreach, partnerships, sponsorship negotiation, and contests
• Proficiency with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later) and design tools like Canva
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and hit deadlines consistently in a remote setting
• Video editing skills for short-form content
• An understanding of North American behaviors and users on social media, specifically, founders, execs, and decision-makers.

Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of and interest in health, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands, especially in an upscale market
• A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
