Lead Technical Program Manager - Electronic Trading

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs within a large organization.
• We require working knowledge of electronic trading and managed or proximity infrastructure solutions.
• We value strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and time management skills.
• We expect a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to shape the right business solution.
• We need confident decision-making, with clear, timely communication and strong follow-through.
• We look for excellent active listening, writing, speaking, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• We require contract management experience.
• We need someone who is flexible, hands-on, and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-stakes, client-focused, and collaborative environment.
• We require experience working in equity and fixed income markets.
• We need comfort operating in a heavily controlled environment.
• A university degree, bachelors or masters, is preferred.

• We partner with the Corporate and Investment Banking business to forecast demand.
• We keep the business informed on delivery progress and escalate issues to remove blockers.
• We proactively advise the business on technology roadmaps and internal or external factors that could affect delivery.
• We manage coordination with other teams within Electronic Trading Services and with broader Global Technology Infrastructure teams.
• We handle traditional project management activities such as scheduling, status meetings, reporting, and briefings.
• We maintain service-level reporting and tracking across tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, and Clarity.
• We specialize in the design, implementation, and/or support of technology infrastructure, including compute, facilities, and networking.
• We are accountable for project finances, including forecasting, approvals, and delivering within budget.
• We work with vendors and service providers supporting infrastructure delivery, including hardware, managed services, and smart hands.
• We apply our knowledge of electronic trading, including liquidity centers, colocation facilities, proximity infrastructure builds, and equities and fixed income trading.
