You will leverage advanced planning systems, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize production flow and support continuous improvement in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.Location:On‑site at our Memphis, TN facility.What Will You Do?Develop and maintain production plans and schedules using RapidResponse (Kinaxis) and SAP to align with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.Manage demand fluctuations by analyzing impacts to production and implementing mitigation strategies.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize production flow and resolve issues.Create and manage production orders, ensuring accuracy and timely release to the manufacturing floor.Monitor production performance against plan; identify deviations and drive corrective actions.Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and development of planning tools.Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding schedules, risks, and recovery plans.Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and manufacturing processes.Adhere to all company policies, including safety, quality, and security procedures.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Management & Supervisory ResponsibilitiesTypically reports to Management.
